We feel that the intervention cannot succeed when carried out in a judgmental, aggressive, or culturally naive manner.

We maintain confidentiality - their time and turf. We embrace and live non-judgmental approaches.

We meet people where they are. One-on-one repeated contact - and in the age of COVID, virtually in ways that respect our clients privacy.
